At Willie's Remedy+, we stand behind the quality of our hemp-infused food and pantry staples. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original packaging; for food safety reasons, only unopened and sealed products are eligible for a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
